James 4:11,12

James 4:11,12

We are not to say things to or about other people that is unkind.  Anything from saying something didn't seem fair or so-and-so was neglecting in something is out.  Purposefully saying mean things or "innocent" gossip is out.

When you treat others negatively, even in the self-righteous or "innocent" way, you are judging them.  When you judge others, you are in fact judging and speaking badly of the law.  That is a hard concept to grasp.  Whatever you do to others, you do to the law and thus in a way yourself.

It is not your place to judge.  Only God can judge for He is the one who gave us the Law to begin with.  He is the only one who can save and destroy.  You have no right to judge those around you.
